How to share a free team folder
We are excited you want to share your content using Geniechat! We make it as easy as sharing a link, now - where do you find that link?
First, a quick note: the person you share the folder with can access only one free folder at a time. If they have already joined a free folder - they won't be able to join this one without paying for an account.
Free folder sharing from the Geniechat mobile app:
- Open Geniechat app
- Go to Snippet Library - click middle icon with 4 squares from menu bar
- Click open the folder you want to share - you need to open the folder to grab the link for it
- Click the share icon in top right of screen
- Click the option to copy the link so that you can paste in an email, a post, or even a DM.
Free folder sharing from the Geniechat website/desktop app:
- Open Geniechat desktop app at my.geniechat.com
- Go to Snippet Library - hover over the snippet library in left nav menu
- Click open the folder you want to share - you need to open the folder to grab the link for it
- Click the 3 dots and then click share folder in top right of screen
- Click the option to copy the link so that you can paste in an email, a post, or even a DM.
