Add Tags and Notes to Contacts

Tags - these are searchable on both the contact library and in creating a reminder.
Notes - these are not searchable and is one unlimited section where you can create notes that are private to you.

How to create a tag

  1. Open contact
  2. Scroll down to Tags which is the 3rd section down
  3. Click +add at the right side of the screen
  4. Type in a tag for your contact and click enter, or click save
    1. Tags must be one word, so add a - or _ to combine two words, example loves_pink
    2. Numbers and special characters can be used in a tag, example 9/28


How to create a note on desktop (mobile how-to see below)

  1. Open contact
  2. Scroll down to Notes which is the 2nd section down
  3. Click the create icon on the right side of the screen 
  4. Enter your notes, and click save. This is one space and each time you add notes, it's like adding to a single document.

How to create and view a note on mobile app

  1. Open contact
  2. Click edit icon in top right of contact 
  3. Scroll down to bottom of the form to the text area
     
  4. Enter your notes, and click save.
