Create New Contact in App and Desktop

Geniechat is designed to help you keep track of your engagement activities meaning you have a contact library! There are 3 ways to get contacts into your Geniechat account - choose the option you would like to try.

1. Importing via CSV file

2. Have contacts enter their info FOR YOU - self serve form

3. Sync your phone contacts


How to add one contact into your Geniechat account. The instructions are the same for the mobile app and desktop app.

1. Click to Contact Library - the person icon on mobile app, and on desktop click contacts 2nd down in left side menu.
2. Click +Create button.
3. Enter the information you know. If you only have the first name, that's okay and it will save. You can always come back to edit and add more information. Every field is a manual entry. Copy and paste information into the fields and click Save at the bottom.
