Use Geniechat on Desktop Browser

You can use Geniechat on your desktop, in fact it was designed with a key feature in order to make it super easy.

You will see the "Snippets" option in your navigation bar, this feature is for desktop usage because it allows you to search your entire snippet library in milliseconds to find the snippet you need. Then you can click the copy icon and paste anywhere!

  1. Open Geniechat desktop at my.geniechat.com
  2. Click on Snippets in nav menu
  3. Search for your snippet, and click the copy icon
  4. Then go to the message you want to use it in and CTRL+V to paste or right click and paste.
    1. VIDEO SNIPPETS - These will paste as links as 3rd party apps like Facebook, Whatsapp, etc won't allow the "pasting" or inserting of videos into the message. Therefore, we host the video for you and the link will allow anyone to play the video - even if they do NOT have a Geniechat account!
    2. PDF SNIPPETS - These will paste as links as well. When the link is clicked or inserted into a website browser, the browser will download the PDF.
