When you add new content to your Geniechat account and don't see it on your Geniechat keyboard, you need to refresh your snippet library on your mobile app. Good news - it's a quick swipe and takes 2 seconds!
Here's how:
- Open the Geniechat app on your mobile device
- Click on Snippet Library icon which is the 4 squares icon in the middle of the nav bar
- Place your finger in the middle of the screen, hold and slide down
- You will see a loading symbol and this means your keyboard is now update
