Cancel Google Play Subscription

Canceling a Geniechat subscription that was purchased through the Google Play Store can only be managed by the you in your Google account. Apple does not provide access or ability to app developers like Geniechat to manage your plan when subscribed through Google.

Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.


  1. On your computer, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
  2. For the subscription you want to cancel, click Manage. 
  3. Click Cancel subscription.
  4. Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason.
  5. Click Continue.
If you have a subscription with an app and it’s removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be canceled.
REFUNDS: According to Google Play Store policy, your past subscriptions can’t be refunded, with some exceptions as specified in this article or in Google Play’s refund policies. This is not a Geniechat policy.
Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
